To ensure temperature uniformity and consistency across the surface, even under significant loads and volumes, the hot plate is manufactured using heavy brass with high thermal mass.

Fan cooled Area
The surface surrounding the heated area is cooled by forced air. The exhausted cooled air is redirected through a curtain, minimizing the exposure of the operator to fumes.
Controller
The PID controller provides power to the heater, avoiding temperatures variation. Both the Set Point temperature and the actual temperature are displayed on the controller. The PID controller can be supplied integrated in the Hot Plate enclosure or as a separated unit, providing high flexibility.
Indipendent control unit option for bench mounting is available and customizable on request
Vacuum Clamping
Vacuum Clamping allows uniform contact heat transmission. A 6 mm Ø quick vacuum connector is located in the back.

During the manufacturing process, great attention is placed on the uniformity of the operating temperature and the stability of the heating rate.
